Conditions of Entry

SYPCH takes the welfare of our guests and employees seriously, and is committed to providing a safe, secure and enjoyable environment at all times. Visitors are requested to report immediately to SYPCH staff any issues which threaten their safety or the safety of others. SYPCH Conditions of Entry are relevant to all areas of SYPCH. All visitors to the SYP Community Hub must adhere to each of the following conditions at all times:

• Visitors strictly enter at their own risk.
• Visitors bringing personal items into SYPCH do so at their own risk.
• Visitors are not permitted to enter any areas within SYPCH that is restricted from public access.
• Food or beverages must not be brought into the venue, except when express permission is provided by SYPCH or where required for medical reasons.
• Smoking, including E-cigarettes, vaping and similar devices, is not permitted in the venue or within 15 metres of any venue entry point.
• SYPCH reserves the right to prohibit photography or recordings within the venue.
• Visitors are not permitted to sell, promote or distribute products to other persons within the venue without the expressed approval of SYPCH.
• Visitors are required to adhere to the directions issued pursuant to the Emergency Management Act 2004 (SA) which includes any COVID Management Plan, COVID Safe Plan or other requirement of a direction issued under that Act.
